Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of dermasuede.com and any order you place through it. Dermasuede is the operating name of 1001685284 Ontario Inc. You can reach us at zee@dermasuede.com.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order — for example because an item is out of stock or a payment cannot be verified — we will cancel it and refund you in full.

We may limit or refuse an order where quantities look intended for resale, where an address cannot be verified, or where a discount code is being used outside its terms.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and exclude tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments and the other providers shown there. We do not see or store your full card details.

Prices can change. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at the time you place it. Each order is a one-time purchase. Nothing on this storefront enrols you in a subscription unless a future offer clearly says so and you opt in.

Shipping and returns

Shipping terms are set out on our Shipping & delivery page and return terms on our Returns & refunds page. Both form part of these terms.

Using the product

Daily Body Mist is a cosmetic for external body use. It is not a medicine. It does not treat or cure medical conditions. It does not remove stretch marks or permanently tighten skin. Read the label before use, be mindful of patch testing if your skin is reactive, avoid broken or irritated skin and eyes, and stop using it if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under medical care, ask your clinician to review the full ingredient list before use. Safety for pregnancy and breastfeeding has not been established for this formula.

Accounts

If you create an account, keep your login details private and let us know if you think someone else has used them. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Our content

The text, photography, logo and design on this site belong to Dermasuede. Please do not copy or republish them commercially without our written permission.

Liability

We stand behind our product and our service. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, and nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.

Changes

We may update these terms as the business changes. The version on this page at the time you order is the version that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and of the United States where mandatory consumer protection law applies to your purchase.
